Is that your account?.. you may not be able to get it back.
when you signed to have a hotmail account, you may have provided another email account and information for you to get hotmail to supply your passoword.. click on the "forgot password".. you'll be asked some questions you previously answered when you signed up that may get hotmail to send your password to another email account you may have provided at the time of signup.

Unable to access my emails

Which email account ?
Most email users experience that dread of realizing they can't access their messages at some point, but the trick is not to panic.

Microsoft has procedures in place to help you get back into your Hotmail and see what is waiting for you in your inbox.

Check you username and password.
Hotmail passwords are case sensitive, so something as simple as having your caps lock on can keep you from accessing your account.

Double check to be sure you are typing both your username and password exactly how you created them.

Reset your password. If you haven't logged into your Hotmail in some time and suspect you might be using the wrong password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Hotmail log-in page.

On the next screen, follow the prompts to enter your email address and the given security verification code.

Click "continue" and on the next screen, select the option that allows you to answer your pre-set security question.

This is a question you supplied when you set up your Hotmail account.
After correctly answering the question, you will be prompted to reset your password.

Clear your browser history and temporary Internet folders if you are continually getting a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message when you log in.

The exact procedure for doing this depends on your operating system and browser.
If you continue to get see this message, it could indicate a problem with the Hotmail server.

Check the status of the network on a site like Down Right Now that reports server problems on popular sites.

Submit a support request on the Windows Live page.
On the Windows Live site, select "Hotmail" under "Standard Services."
A search screen will open that will allow you to check out a variety of Hotmail related support topics.

At the bottom of that screen, choose "get more help" and then "support."
A support form will open for you to complete and submit to the Hotmail team.

You will receive an answer within 24 hours.
Note that you will need a second email account that you can access so that the Hotmail support staff can send you your answer.

I can not recive or send emails. There is a block on my hotmail account for my emails.I would be grateful if this can be solved as i use this service to get jobs.thankyou

If you don't use your hotmail address for more than three months your account will be deactivated automatically in such a case you log through your MSN or windows live messenger with this same address and reactivate your hotmail if not possible you may contact msn authority to reactivate your account, they will do it if its not deleted account for some reason.

Are you using to access your mail via a network where there is firewall or proxy blocked for accessing hotmails and other mails.

If you got a stand alone machine and internet access please check your security setting and change it to low or medium and check its working

Google Interruption & Hotmail lock out.

Firstly, this is not a problem with google. You have spyware on your computer and it is popping up search engines and other things. This could also be affecting your hotmail account and it is possible that the spyware your computer is infected with swiped your hotmail address and password and has allowed someone to hack your account.

First, you need to make sure you have an active and up to date antivirus installed. If you do not, go to www.grisoft.com and download the free version of AVG 8.0. Install it and update it then run a complete scan and remove whatever it finds. Then you need a spyware scanner. Go to www.lavasoft.com and download the free version of adaware. Install it and update it then remove whatever it finds. This is a step in the right direction to get your computer back to operating normally again.

As far as your hotmail account goes, try and reset the password to your account. If that doesn't work, then contact their support team by email located on their website.

Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya. Thank you.
