If you have a battery to test it with and there is still no power then a common defect is the power jack itself. You would need to have the technical proficiency to troubleshoot that circuit. If you do not have a battery to test that possibility you might ask a repair shop to just put one in before you buy one as the possibility of a bad motherboard exists. Steve Medley
