Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player

Sem fun?§?£o A principio, coloquei todas as musicas possiveis em meu MP4 PHILIPS GOGEAR 4GB. quando resolvi liga-lo o mesmo estava com uma mensagem informando que eu deveria conectar o aparelho ao computador e posteriormente apagar alguns arquivos, mais em alguns instantes o mesmo ja n?£o aparecia esta informa?§?£o, mesmo assim conectei-o ao computador e ainda sim n?£o consegui utilizar nem uma fun?§?£o do aparelho e ainda por cima ele deu uma pani e n?£o desliga. alguem possui o software do aparelho ou algum semelhante ou tem alguma solu?§?£o mais cabivel? faelzimgolegole@hotmail.com Muito Obrigado. Go to: (Va a:)
www.usasupport.philips.com - click on Espanol
Enter your model number (Entra su numero de modelo)
On the next page, click on your exact model number without the "B" on the end
On the next page, click on "User's Manuals" - look for "Repair"

En Ingles:
Make sure you back up all songs on the GoGear before attempting this solution.

1) Back up all files on the GoGear
2) Open up Philips Device Manager (Start --> All Programs --> Philips)
3) Click on the Repair Tab, and look for a msg that says connect the player while holding the volume + button
4) Disconnect the GoGear from the computer and turn the GoGear off - hold in the volume + button and continue to hold it as you reconnect the GoGear to the computer; after holding the volume + button for up to 20 or 30 seconds, a window will open up saying that your device is being repaired (now you can let go of the volume + button); after the repair is successfully complete, your GoGear will be good as new

Now you can do the firmware upgrade that will prevent this problem from occuring in the future. Open up Philips Device Manager and click the Update tab. This problem was caused because most GoGear's were designed for Windows XP with Media Player 10 (which is no longer the latest standard).

Yo tube el mismo problema y lo repare, ingresa a la pagina oficial de phillips y es acutalizar el DEVICE MANAGER ( http://www.support.philips.com/support/downloads.jsp?userLanguage=es&userCountry=ar ), luego ingresa en la pagina de INFORMACION DE CONTACTO Y ASISTENCIA, ingresa el modelo de tu equipo que en este caso seria SA6045/85 y luego en la siguiente opcion "como se reinicia el reproductor si se bloquea o se detiene", sigue bien las indicaciones y te resultara. yo lo hice de esta manera, abri el Divice manager actualizado, presione el signo + del reproductor y sin soltar lo conecte al pc y presione en el programa reparar. En este paso el reproductor no se enciende pero dejalo presionado como 5 minutos y el programa te indicara que esta listo. Luego desconectalo y trata de prenderlo, quesas no se prenda por falta de bateria a si que conectarlo al pc y veras. Ojala les resulte. OLHA parece que o teu pc tem a power supply ( fonte de alimentacao ) queimada tenta uma outra fonte de alimentacao e o teu pc voltara ao normal obrigado e se tiveres mais problemas pergunta que eu ajudo-te outra vez obrigado
