Question about Mintek Portable DVD/CD Player w
I purchased an MDP 1815 DVD/CD player as a gift more than a year ago. My daughter in law said that she plugged it in and thought she broke it because it never worked. She was too embarased to tell me or to return it because she thought it was her fault. I tried to return it. Costco said they would take it back if I could find the head set, av adapter, and the remote. My daughter cannot find them. I want to order what's missing so that I can either return the whole thing or possibly ask you what the problem is after I get the missing parts and possibly keep the unit. Can you help me?
