Motorols Razr Display

Hi,My motorazor battery was low.After some time I tried to charge it,the charging indicator was showing 'Charging Battery',no further screen is been displayed.After that it showed charge complete.After charging i turned it on again but the cell's display turns on for 5 seconds and again turns off for 6--7 seconds.this continues untill i take out my battery..
Kindly provide me with some solution.

I have an original charger, so that solution is not the one for me.
