The user lock code is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number. If that doesn't work, you can call your carriers customers service and request for the code. Just make sure that you already have your phone's IMEI as the operator might ask you for it. You can retrieve your phones IMEI by typing *#06# on your keypad.
