Put it in a warm and dry place for a few days. If that doesn't help open the iPod and clean and dry it out as much as you can. Here's a guide on how to disassemble an iPod. Maybe a tech savy friend can do it for you. If you want to pay to have a service do it for you there are third party Repair Services.

Purchase and eyeglass repair kit and get ready to do minor repair. The device is not completely dry on the inside. Water gets trapped and wont dry unless you open it up. I know you probably don't want to take it apart, but if you don't the water is going to destroy it anyway. Find the tiny screws that hold the case together and gently remove them. Use a piece of paper to make reminders exactly what goes where and work on a tabletop so you lose nothing. Only take it apart until you see the moisture. Use a blow dryer on the lowest setting (no heat) and evaporate as much liquid as possible. Leave it open for a couple days and be sure there is no moisture left. Avoid touching anything with your bare hands because oils from your skin are not good for electrical components. Now, as long as nothing shorted out, you should be able to reassemble the device, charge it overnight and resume using it. Touchy work, but worth saving. P.S. don't work around carpet as static discharge isn't good for these components either. Good Luck!!!

I washed and dried my ipod touch. It was in a ipod sock and zipped in a fleece vest pocket. What do I do. It still has water under the glass.

leave it alone for a few days to weeks to let it dry and dont try and turn it on untill your 100% sure that all the water is out of it and completely dry and you might have a chance of it still working

Remove the battery, let it dry at ambient temperature for a week.
Don't try hair dryers / heaters.
If doesn't work, replace.

My Ipod fell into the sink with water What Should I do

Forget the previous ******** suggestions.  Turn your ipod off immediately, dry it up as much as you can, then throw it in a ziplock bag filled to the top with rice and leave it there for a week and don't touch the thing.  You will notice that restaurants fill their salt shakers with rice.  The rice is there to totally absorb all traces of moisture.
Then look down your earphone jack for a rectangular or semi circle shape between two bronze or copper posts.  If this thing is pink then your screwed, because it tells Apple that the unit has been damaged by water and their warranty won't cover it.  If this thing is white and your within your year warranty, you can just take it back to the Apple store and they will exchange it out for you after looking down the headphone jack for what seems like eternity.  They will reject you if they see any traces of pink so you better hope you get someone who is color blind.  Also, you need to play dumb and ignorant or maybe dumb and dumber when they ask you whats going on.  If you even utter the word humidity, water, damp, or H20 you will be rejected by Apple.
And for Pete's sake don't send this thing in, cause the Apple nerds will have time to open the whole unit up and check ALL the water sensors.  You will be rejected if any one of them is pink.

Wet iTouch kixed then infixed

Your very lucky, let it dry out for the rest of the week and purchase a new battery.
or take it to a tech and have the battery changed.
it sounds like you may get away with a new battery.

Fell in water tank

If you can remove or disconnect the battery and let your ipod dry inside an air conditioned room for a week then if it will work you are lucky enough.

Once it is wet water will cause somewhat of a short circuit but if you were able to remove the power from the gadget sooner you might be able to save it. Good luck!
