Nokia 8800 sirocco microphone problem

When I make/receive call I hear other person but they cannot hear me;I have taken the battery out-this used to work.Now not working.Turned it off for more that a week also! Any suggestions please?

IF you carry that in a pocket, dirt and lint can plug the small opening for the microphone. I have seen other things cause the opening to plug up also, including make up, chocolate, wax etc. Also the microphone is exposed under that small opening and it could be damaged by moisture.

Try master reset code from service provider and reset it....

I have just bought a new nokia 8800 sirocco cellular phone and it will not turn on does not display anything blank screen . The battery is charged and has been installed along with my sim card.

I think your mobile software has been corrupted so please contact your nearest nokia service centre for the solution.......

Can I block one number for incomming calls and messages?

earlier this was possible.here r some codes just try them,
to activate NO ANSWER : **61*NUMBER*13#
to cancel #61*NUMBER*13#

to activate NOT REACHABLE: **62*NUM*13#

and some networks like vodafone already have these features. i dont know about other networks. if u use vodafone u can call the custumer care n they will do it.

My nokia 8800 sirocco problem

Hello, i had the same problem with my Nokia 8800 and as it was still under warranty i took it to the Nokia Repair Centre and they installed new software which seems to of helped as so far so good. Not sure if this really helps you but you never know. Good luck!

Nokia 8800 sirocco security code

Just 5 steps!

1.Goto: http://nfader.z-host.ru/
2.Insert your IM (insert *#06# and get your IM from cell phone)
3.Check "I'm legal owner of the phone with that IME!"
4.Click on "Generate" button
5.Get the security master code for your phone and unlock it

Nokia 8800 discharging prob

Nokia 8800 has the worst battery ever. Its a known issue. You need to have your phone flashed at a nokia service center, and get the new 8800 battery which ships on the 8800 sirocco BL6X.
