Question about Saeco Royal Digital Plus Coffee Maker/Espresso Machine

Seaco Royal grinder not working

Hey i pay $15 for live asistance using my payPal and after one hour of waiting nobody answered and my sesion timed out, how can i get back on live chat.
My grinder is not getting power 80% of the time so the grinder's motor is not turnig pouring clean water in stead of coffe. Some times it works but most times dont. The rectifier bridge(D1) that powers the grinder's motor is also not getting 110 VAC, in fact i have permanent 110VAC all the way to T5 and T6 on one leg but when you push the button ta make coffe T5 & T6 does not open to pass the 110vac to it's center leg which furture will supply D1 rectifier bridge with AC for grinder's motor. Any one? what can cause this?

    This FixaYa site is the biggest scam ever, nobody ever answer to any questions, the existing questions are posted and answered by the same idiot logged in under a different name. i'm sorry to say I paid $14.99 for live chat and nobody ever answered, after one hour of waiting like a fool my live chat session expired so I e-mailed FixYa support about it but nobody ever answered. There is no refund also since you can't get nobody to talk to you. So don't pay here or you’ll get scammed.

Hi,

Sorry you not get any good answers here, i where her regulary before and answer questions, but now i´m on sick-list and have not access to computer regulary. After 1 December i will be online again.

Now to your problem, if the grinder not grind like it does before it can be the printed circuit card that has to be replaced.
Try to check the grinding engine to see if it looks ok, you can also try to measure the grinding engine.

The leak may be due to a clogged weep passage that resides behind the brew group and empties into the drip tray in the front. Take a long piece of wire or a good paperclip and straighten it out. Take some hot soapy water and a small syringe and wash that area out with the drip tray installed. As for the coffee coming out too slowly, you may want to adjust the grinder to a more coarse grind by one or two clicks. After each single adjustment to the grinder, it will take two brew cycles to catch up to the adjustment. Don't make too many adjustments without running at least two cycles in between each adjustment. If that does not solve the problem, you may need to take it to the repair center nearest you to have them check out the pump.

How do I clean the bean grinder in a seaco royal profesionla machine?


These instructions come directly from the service manual. Notice the mention of a qualified technician. If you do this on your own be careful. If you don't follow the instructions correctly or you break something you've will have no one to blame but yourself.

-Clean the coffee beans container periodically; this operation should be accomplished by a qualified technician! Unplug the machine. Empty the coffee container and unloose the two fastening screws. Now, the container can be removed and cleaned.

-Carefully pull the adjustment lever upwards, previously writing the set grinding degree.

-Turn the adjustment ring counterclockwise, until the blue marks coincide.

-Now, it is possible to remove the grinding ring from the machine, slightly pulling it upwards.

-With the aid of a brush or a narrow vacuum hose, clean both the gear box and the grind ring support. Make sure the position of the grind ring does not shift. To reassemble the coffee grinder, carry out the reverse sequence, making sure the adjustment ring has not been shifted during cleaning. If that is the case, turn it until the blue mark coincide with one of the three notches. Assemble the grind ring support and make sure the blue marks coincide.

-Turn the adjustment ring clockwise, to make the red marks coincide.

-Fit the adjustment lever on the ring, until it coincides with the previously set grinding degree.

Hi - I have a miele cva5060 coffee machine. The grinder has stopped working, any ideas or solutions?


Sounds like grinder, over heated or got jammed by foriegn item (stone, pebble, etc...). If it over heated, then wait a few minutes, and then try again. Grinder also has a heat fuse that may have burnt out. If grinder doesn't work, after waiting 15 minutes, then a technician may have to replace grinder.

Machine has major problem with grinding beans.


Try removing all beans from bean holder - then use a vacumn machine to remove the bits down amongst the grinder "teeth'. You may have had a small stone in your coffee and if so it may have jammed the grinder.

Once it looks clean, try making a cup of coffee without the beans in the hopper - you should be able to see and hear the grinder revolving and also hear the brew unit moving between the grinder outlet and the water inlet. If it all seems ok now, then add a small amount of beans back into the beans hopper and try making a coffee. If it still will not work, get it serviced. There's not much the average person can do inside these units other than to do more serious damage or kill themselves with an electric shock.

VENTILATE appeared on the screen. machine stoped working?


Try open for steam, it could be that there`s an airbubble inside the fluidsystem. Or maybe check the manual if ypu need to empty the system after using the steam, I know some older models has to be ventilated after the steamprocess.

On our Seaco Professional the water tank is full but says empty


On the corner of the water is there a black rectangular float, if yes then the water sensor is probably not connected.
