Go here and download the latest driver for DSC-S730 for your OS:
http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-list.pl?mdl=DSC-S730&region_id=1

Next, uninstall the older driver through the Control Panel and reboot PC. Now install the newly downloaded driver and see if that resolves the issue.
