TWO WEEK WAIT FOR A NEW FRIDGE HOW STUPID WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO NOW PLEASE EXPLAIN SEND A NEW ONE TODAY PLZ NO BETTER STILL I WISH TO GO BACK FOR A FULL REFUND AND BUY FROM A DIFFRENT MAKER IV'E SPENT BILL MONEY ON FOOD CAUSE OF YOUR STUPID FRIDGE WHAT A JOKE HAS TAKEN 3 WEEKS TO FIX IT AND IT WAS FU*KED ALL ALONG WHO PASSED THIS MACHINE NEED A ARSE KICKIN WOULD LIKE SOME SORT OF FOOD REPLACEMENT AS IT FREEZES THEN DEFROSTS GRRRRR PLZ DO SOME THING I HAVE RANG TWICE YOUR PHONE PEOPLE DONT CARE BUT A BIG SIGN ON MY DADS TRUCKS SAYING ( SAMSUNG **** BIG LEMONS DONT BUY )

Im trying to get this sorted out by warranty and the only way u could help is trying to get a replacement one sooner than two weeks

Hallo

First disconnected the card again wait 1min and reinserted it.
Now turn Fridge on and do not adjust anything within 24hours please. Wait for temperature to adjust the card is factory settings.
To turn Fridge off and on:
Press theFreezer + pad until "off" is displayed and press the - pad on the fridge or freezer controls to turn refrigerator on.

Hope this was helpful can you please send me a picture of what the controller display message please.

The water dispenser in our GE side by side fridge model gss25wsti made a loud grinding noise and stopped working Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions


First the water dispenser will not make any grinding noise while dispensing water perhaps a hum. The grinding noise is from the auger motor which dispenses crushed ice ad ice cubes. So please check the intake valve at the rear of the fridge if its working, if not you may have to replace the intake valve. Or if that"s ok please check the control module on the door of the freezer.

I just got a whirlpool Fridge, yet21dkxdw03 without a manual, I have set up all the shelves, there is one shelf I dont have a clue how it operates, It has a roller hinge on it..do not see anywhere it is...


Hi, Did you figure it out yet? We have same fridge. Compressor went on it a few months ago. Should have a metal bracket horizontal along the back. The wheels slip inside it. Lift front end as you insert back end of shelf.

How do I as a tech put this fridge into defrost Model# PHS69EJSS2. Ice is forming on the back wall of the freezer and it is also cutting off air supply to the fridge side.


sounds stupid but i would just unplug unit and do a complete defrost/dry out/clean,then leave for a week on full cold.to see if any other problems exist.....also check door seals for air tightness .

replace the ptc overload relay on the compressor,it merely unplugs,it supplies start and run power to the compressor and if its bad it will allow the compressor to operate on the start windings too,and draw a lot of current

Hi,
Give your fridge at least 6-8 hours for the oil to run back into the compressor before turning it back on...
If in doubt longer is better...better to wait a few hours then wish that you had...

New refrig deliverd today told not to turn on for 2 hrs to let gas settle as it reduces the lifespan. true or false.?


False . If it was delivered laying on its' side , back , or front , 24 hrs is necessary . If delivered standing up , no need to wait .

best bet is to wait for repairman to return, honestly sounds as if a wire shorted out somthing when the unit went into defrost, better he look at it
