Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Replace the Toner Cartridge and Drum Cartridge XE Series, P8 I still cannot get rid of the code J2 on the Xerox Workcentre XE88 trouble shooting bar. I removed the Drum Cartridge Part number 13R553 and placed the Drum back in the Copier the code J2 still appears. I tried unplugging the copier from the wall, plug the copier back up and I still receive the same error code J2 replace Drum Cartridge. The will not work until that error is gone.
Open to all suggestions!!!!
With "J2" flashing, press:
1. "CLEAR" button
2. "AUTO" button, then again
3. "CLEAR" button
4. "AUTO" button
Do it fairly quickly. If it's done quickly enough the display goes off. When it does:
5. enter "2" and "4" (see "24" on display)
6. Press "START/COPY"
7. Press "7"
8. Press "START/COPY"
If display doesn't go off repeat steps 1 to 4 but faster, until display is off.
