My rca flat screen has a blue box in the right hand lower corner with a green box inside of that with the word ok, how do I get rid of this box?

On the remote hold down the (F) function key and press mute.

You may find it in your "Menu" button on your remote, search for anything similar to "HD Logo" and turn it off. Failing that, make sure it isn't stuck on with transparent plastic, haha.

Possibly the Child Lock feature has been activated. To DeActivate the child lock hold the Function key while you press the Mute key.

A solution I found for our KV-32XBR200 was to press Setup on top of the set, then select the "Demo" item with TV/Video. The text overlay apparently banished PIP. Verified this twice, as I'm at this page because our remote can only turn PIP on :-).
