Ducane 1504 manual

It mat simply be a case of the right burner needs to be removed and thoroughly cleaned as well as the attached venturi valve. Spiders like to build nest in the venturi valve, clogging them so the so the air to gas mixture is off.

I wouldn't recommend it. But, removing and cleaning the burners would probably help. Also, allowing more time to preheat the grill with the lid closed would help to.

FYI - Ducane is now owned and manufactured by Weber.

If you mean the burners are rusted out, then yes. You can get replacement burners either through the manufacturer or a big box houseware store that carries Ducane Grills.

I have a a never-used Ducane Firelight Campstove I will sell for $50 . I believe I paid $189 or more for it. However, I do not know in which area you are located

you remove the nut in the back of the old igniter and the single wire that plugs into the end.  Then you pull the unit out.
Next, you insert the new igniter and replace the nut and tighten then reinstall the one wire into the end.
