The processor is too weak - get at least an i5, best would be a quad core i7; the hard drive will be filled faster than you thing - bigger is always better; get some faster memories - at least 1666 MHz, 4 GB is bare minimum, get a 64bit OS and 8 GB for real performance; the power source is at the limit - for best result get one of 600W; as for the video card the best for photoshop is Nvidia Quadro CX, even ATI Fire will be better than any gaming card.
SOURCE: Suggest Compatible Graphics Card for my D101GGC Motherboard m/c.
that board uses a pcix vid card go here and select any of these or buy one from where ever you want. make sure it is a pci express (pcix) card not a pcix 2.0 your mobo does not support the 2.0 cards.

a little advise if you want to paly serious games you will want at LEAST a geforce 6800 or gretaer card. an excellent gaming card for the money is a 9800 gtx about $100 or so look here:

you do not need the 3d cards they are expensive just look at #3 in that list. a good card for decent price. i personally use a xfx 9800 gtx to game with. no problems and most games can have the grphics turned right up. where you will run into trouble is with your single core pntium 3.2. that will limit how much you can turn everything up as some of the graphics options for games are controlled by the processor believe it or not. but still i would get a 9800 gtx if it were my system
