Question about Sharp 27DV-S100 27 in. TV/VCR/DVD Combo
After the DVD wouldn't open I turned the TV on its belly, removed the DVD unit and opened the DVD to get the DVD drawer to open. I plugged the TV back in and tried the DVD - everything was working fine, so I put the TV back on and when I turned on the TV all I get is a blank screen. I don't even get any snow when I don't have the cable wire hooked up. I can play a DVD without a problem. What may have gone wrong that all I'm getting is a black screen? Can you help me. I've only had this TV about 3 years and I really need it!!
Open back up the set and look closly at all of the plug connections and cables as you might not have pulled one out all the way but may have in inadvertantly pulled on a cable of one of them and pulled one out have way or just a little. My freind it happens to the professionals all the time. Make sure you check all the plugs on the VCR as well as the tv that they are instraight and flush. Good Luck Ps Please dont forget to rate this.
