Problem with Incoming Calls


yes their is an internal error. she needs to take the phone back where she purchased it. unfortunatly to solve the problem itself one most unlock the phone and fix the buggs in the programming... this is verry hard and requires tramendous skill... It is recomended that you find a new phone or a really talented asian such as myself who can fix the issue onsite with the phone

What is wrong when the phone says Check tel line?


The telephone cord may not be connected correctly.
  1. Unplug both ends of the cord connecting the wall jack to the telephone base.
  2. Insert one end of the cord to the TEL LINE jack on the base.
  3. Make sure that the cord is inserted correctly in the TEL LINE jack on the phone.
  4. When you insert the cord you should hear a click.
  5. Insert the other end of the cord to the wall jack.
  6. Make sure cord is inserted correctly.
  7. You should hear a click.

Speed dial help


To set speed dial numbers,with the handset down press the SPDL key(the key should flash)
enter in the 1 digit memory location code (1-9)
enter in the telephone number (up to 32 digits)
then lift and replace the handset. You should hear a confirmation tone and the SPDL key will stop flashing

To use pick up the handset, access a line and press SPDL and the location code (1-9)

How do I change the time displayed on the phone?


This Inter-Tel EncoreCX Installation Manual instructs field technicians on the ECX 1000 digital telephone. 40. 618.5015. ECX 1000 Digital Telephone

How to program speed dial on sony spp-a946 cordless phone


  1. Press 'PGM'- "program" button.
  2. Press "speed dial" button.
  3. Select "station # " i.e. any button from 1-9 for speed dialing.
  4. (make sure to make a note of this selected # against the corresponding tel # and /or the person's name)
  5. Dial the complete (incl. 1 for USA or country code for other country tel. #s) telephone number to be stored for the selected speed dialing station #.
  6. Press "PGM" button again to complete the storing of the tel #.
  7. Test, after dial tone, by just pressing the selected station #

Can't dial abroad


how are you dialing the number on the phone, what is the number, if your are not dialing it correctly it will cause this,
i.e i believe austria is 00 + 43 + Area Code+ Tel #
and norway is 00 + 47 + Area Code+ Tel #

Audioline 20 Memory Speakerphone


1. Lift handset (releasing hook switch).or just press SPEAKER, ignore any noises or BT messages while you..
2. Press and release STORE key.
3. Press the keys for the telephone number
you wish to store.
4. Press and release the STORE key again.
5. Press the keypad number (0-9) you want
that telephone number stored in.
6. Your number is now stored.

How do you change the Time?


This is a phone system phone. The time is stored in the main control unit, not the telephone. You will need instructions for changing the time in your system and the phone's part number will not help you. Your phone system should start with the part number "KX-TGA" KX-TGA????
