You said these didn't fix the problems for "very long," so it sounds like something might be overheating. It could be the card, or possibly your monitor. I would download a program to run diagnostics on the card to specifically check the temperature of the card itself. Perhaps the fan/heatsink needs to be refitted or a better cooling solution for the card.
