Question about Sony VAIO V505BXP Notebook
I have a Dell Inspirion 15" LCD that is broken. Completely shattered the body still turns on but no images can be seen. Is it fixable?
Is your laptop under warranty/extended warranty for accidental damage? If it is inquire from Dell about the procedure to send it to them and getting it fixed click here to get the contact info. If its not under warranty you can inquire Dell for your area dealer/repair shop to get the LCD replaced.
You can also get an estimate for replacing the LCD screen from your local area repair shop to have an idea. In most cases I have seen the technical job performed by the manufacturer is far more superior (Please do not take me wrong, its my experience).
Sorry could not be of much help then to guide you to a right path.
Hope that helped!
