A continuous flashing red light with the word LAMP on it would definitely mean you're going to need to spend a few bucks on a new lamp....or for a few more, upgrade to a TV from this century that doesn't require lamp changes :)
Never a good sign when you have red flashing codes
4 times, Diagnosis: Vertical
deflection stopped. Possible causes: +- 15V is not supplied. (D board),
IC8003 is faulty. (A board) Symptoms of the problem: TV has entered
standby state after horizontal raster, Vertical deflection pulse is
stopped, Power line is shorted or power supply is stopped.
I suspect you probably have a bad LED assembly. It could be either the red, green or blue that is bad and give you the same symptom. The problem is locating parts for it as it looks like the light engine is no longer available. I would have a technician look at the TV to verify this and what parts are needed for repair.
