Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
I have lost sound on my pc and have no disc to recover it from as it was a present, please can someone advise me on what to do?
(Assuming Windows XP)
Within your control panel, open system, click the hardware tab, click on Device Manager. Under Sound, Video, and Game controllers you should see your sound card and if there is a problem with it. Alternate-click and select properties. Select the driver tab. Select update driver and allow your pc to connect to Windows Update to locate the driver. If not found, post your sound card model and I will assist with locating the appropriate driver.
