Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
I like my full drop down menus to appear instead of just the most recently used. I can't remember how to turn off (on) the full menus
Move the mouse over to the start button. Press the right mouse button and choose properties. Check the customized settings to see if those help you out.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Jul 17, 2014 | Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
right click in the top toolbar (top of screen) you will have an array of options select the menu bar this will add File Edit View Favorites tools and Help to the toolbar select view then from the drop down list select FULL SCREEN
if this does not fix the problem
Open Personalization by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Personalization.
Click Window Color and Appearance.
Under Window Color and Appearance, click the color you want, and then click OK.
If you see the Appearance Settings dialog box instead of the Window Color and Appearance
window, the theme might not be set to Windows Vista, the color scheme might not be set to Windows Aero, or the computer might not meet the minimum hardware requirements for running Windows Aero. For more information, see Troubleshoot problems with Windows Aero.
hope this helps
