Move the mouse over to the start button. Press the right mouse button and choose properties. Check the customized settings to see if those help you out.

I'm having problems with the drop down menu screens. It keep popping up whenever least. I recently installed expected. I recently installed Adobe Flash player and my headaches started

My suspicion is that you installed your flash player update when your system popped up and said "you need to update your flash player." If so, and you simply clicked on the warning so that it would update automatically (which it appeared to do) you may have been bitten by a "fake" notification which installed something called "flashplayer.exe"..a nasty rogue program which will eventually attempt to extort money from you. If so, your only real option is to clean your system. You can attempt to do that using malwarebytes or some other good cleaning system, but even those do not catch all the places the loader for this nefarious program may hide. Your best bet is to have the system cleaned by somebody who really knows what they are doing...which means they will need to remove the hard drive and clean it externally...anything less may work but leaves the possibility that the bad stuff is stealth and once loaded in memory may be able to elude the cleaning process. The only way to be sure that you have gotten the stealth virus or spyware is to have it cleaned externally using software that knows what it is and where it hides.

I have just installed Google's Tool Bar could you please install me an icone so that I can see it.Thank you,Annette

The toolbar should appear at the top of your browser window. If it doesn't RMB click on the menu bar just above the window and you should see a drop down menu. Just click on the Google tool bar option and it will appear. If the google tool bar doesn't appear as an option, it's now downloaded and installed properly. You'll have to do it again.

How can we use the outlook express 6 to check

Open Microsoft Outlook and from the "Tools" menu select "Email Accounts." The email account wizard will pop up.
Choose "Add a new email account" from the list of options and click the "Next" button. Then, select "HTTP" and hit "Next" again. Now you are ready to input information about your Hotmail account.
Select "Hotmail" from the drop down menu at the right. Enter the name that you want to associate with this account in the "Your Name" field. This is the name that appears when you send someone an email from Outlook.
Input your Hotmail email address in the "Email Address" field. Your user name will automatically be filled in when you do this.
Provide the password to your Hotmail account in the "Password" field. Put a check mark in the check box below if you would like for Outlook to remember your password. This will save you from having to enter your password every time you download your Hotmail email with Outlook.
Hit the "Finish" button to complete the setup of your Hotmail account. Now, when you select "Send and Receive" Outlook will synchronize with Outlook. Too see your Hotmail email, select "Inbox in Hotmail" from your list of mail folders.

What is a second level menu that is accessed using a menu command?

Commands displayed in the start menu that have arrows on the right indicate that a submenu is available for a command. A submenu is a second-level menu.

Ex. "My Recent Documents" usually will have an arrow to the right of it. When you access your recent documents, you are actually accessing a submenu.

I cant start my computer because system32\driver\isanpn.sys is missing or corrupt

You need to replace that missing or corrupt system file. If you don't have your disk, you can borrow someone else's Windows XP disk (SP2) because you will need an XP disk to access the recovery console to replace isanpn.sys file.

Here's a link to the full steps on Microsoft's website to go to the recovery console and replace that file:

Click Start > Control Panel > Display
Select the Appearance tab

In the drop down list under Item: select Menu
reduce the font size, observing the change in the example window.
