I tried the solution posted by Garfield which was RUN IMDATUpd.exe and when I tried to run it I recieved an error...am I doing something wrong?
We didn't have the IMDATUpd.exe in the directory, so we couldn't run it to update the application. The fix for this is to download the new version and run the installer. Make sure you enter the same email address that you used to register. This should solve your problem, it solved ours.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
