When I bring up a web page with a picture, the picture does not show. I just see a small black box with a red X inside. This just started last week. Previously when I brought up web pages, pictures were visible. I can't find any settings that make a difference. I don't know if it's an IE problem or a windows mobile problem or something with the phone.
Thanks for any suggestions!
I called HTC Touch customer support. Found out that using soft reset button on bottom right of phone corrected that problem. Also found out that another problem I've been having - not receiving calls when phone in sleep mode has been partially corrected by new software. I say partially because we have 2 of these. My wife's phone is now working reasonably well but mine still misses calls. I think my problem could be related to these phones not having very good receiving strength signals vs other ones I've had. I miss calls while sitting at my desk at work. Never had this problem with other phones in same location. I guess the internal antenna just isn't as good as other phones. I also drop a lot more calls with this on the highway than with other phones - that's why I suspect the phone and not the service provider.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
