you didnt give us very much info.
the only thing that gets pretty much clogged on an ink jet printer is the print head.
on some printers the print head is a part of the ink cart, on some it a separate part.
if its part of the ink cart try running some cleaning cycles on it, try and take it to a place like walgreens that re-fill them, their machine flushes a solvent thru them under pressure during the cleaning cycle, if it doesnt clean up its had it and needs to be replaced.
if the print head is a separate part it needs to be removed from the printer and cleaned as per the machines manual or if thats not an option or the cleaning doesnt work the print head needs replacement.
