i think you use a compatible ink... use genuine ink for epson ok...

this is the utility present on epson printer software itself, go to control panel select printers, then select the c48 right click on it, go to printing preferences, then select maintenance

Did you use Epson Genuine Cartridges? ALL…. Epson & Brother Requires Genuine Cartridges. !!!!!!!!You might have dried it up.

SOURCE: My print head doesn't seem to be able to align
Most printers have an align command. Your printer manual will tell you how to use it. Failing that, try right clicking on the printer icon at the bottom taskbar to see if you can find it in the menus there.
