A few weeks ago i was driving and as i was pushing the gas it wouldnt go. Yesterday I was driving and all of a sudden the car wouldnt go when i pressed on the gas, then it died, i got it towed and the new battery was dead, As they were looking at it they noticed a fuse was blown when they replaced it the car turned over but then the fuse blowed again, the code on the fuse is FP-ads-gas. It keeps blowing and the car wont start.

You're either out of gas or you need a new fuel pump. Roll the keys back to the 'off' position. Have someone sit by the back tire and listen as you roll the key forward until the lights on the dash come on DO NOT CRANK THE ENGINE OVER.
If they hear the pump then you're out of gas, if they don't hear the pump your pump is likely burned up.
change the fuel filter for one, this is telling you that your pick up in the tank is getting clogged, I would drop my tank, and drain it, flush it, and check the pump at that time
Could be the fuel pump. Try hitting the bottom of the fuel tank a few times while someone try's to start it, if it starts then the pump is on it's way out.
Sounds like fuel pump quit, do a fuel pressure test to make sure. Thats the way they act when there going to quit all together. most likely after you fill up the tank with gas.
It could be the fuel pump. The only way to know is to test it with a fuel pressure guage. You can buy them at most auto parts stores. What you are describing it fairly typical of a bad pump.(runs fine until you shut it of then won't start). The car can not be push started without the pump running. The pump is not really hard to change, but the fuel tank has to be dropped to do it. the pump is inside of the gas tank. Hope this helped.
