Canon Pixma MP620 problem. It prints with a thick white lines going horizontally, so that the texts are faded out and not legible.

You probably need to run maintenance on the printer.
On the LCD do the following: (1)Select Settings on the HOME screen, and press the OK button. (2) Select Maintenance, and press the OK button. (3) Select Nozzle check pattern, and press the OK button. (4) Select Yes, and press the OK button. The nozzle check pattern will be printed and two pattern confirmation screens appear on the LCD.
This will tell you if the nozzles are out of alignment or not.Regardless you should not run the deep cleaning on the print heads. From the LCD do the following and make sure you have several sheets of paper in the printer;
(1) Select Settings on the HOME screen, and press the OK button. (2) Select Maintenance, and press the OK button. (3) Select Deep cleaning, and press the OK button. (4) Select Yes, and press the OK button. The machine starts cleaning the Print Head deeply. Do not perform any other operations until the machine completes the deep cleaning of the Print Head. This takes about 1 minute 30 seconds. (5) Select Yes, and press the OK button. The nozzle check pattern will be printed. (6) Check the nozzle check pattern. See Examining the Nozzle Check Pattern. - If a particular color is not printed properly, replace the ink tank of that color. See Replacing an Ink Tank. - If the problem is not resolved, turn off the power and clean the Print Head deeply again after 24 hours. - If the problem is still not resolved, the Print Head may be damaged. Assuming you have aligned the head to produce the minimum noticeable amount of white streaks and gioven all the cleaning, deep cleaning and alignment you have done there are two conclusions.

1. If the printer has been performing OK and using the same ink supply in the CISS and the actual printed results are OK then simply continue withthe setup as is.
2. If the setup as is is producing unacceptable results then you will have to consider changing the print head for a new one.

Please try to uninstall and reinstall your printer.

Clean your printer heads.

Perform a hard reset to your printer.

Print a test page.

Try using a different bond paper.

Make sure you are using original canon cartridge

If still you get an error. Replace your printer heads.
