Camera problems...

I just got my phone two days ago, and I'm already having problems. When I take pictures of anything, it works fine, but when I'm around the computer or TV, its wont take the picture, but I'm assuming that's normal. But if i take a picture of myself, it's not blurry until I store it, then when I look at it, you can't even tell what it is. I've turned on/off my phone, deleted pictures (I've only used 5% of the memory), and completely charged it, and it's still not working. What should I do?
