There is no way you can bypass, if you are the original owner Toshiba will reset bios for $100. not cheap, go to www.ebay.com type bios password and you will be presented with a list, "choose carefully" not all are lagit. Next check www.download.com and type same info, and lastly! www.pwcrack.com I hope you can get the support.

For your Windows Vista administrator password?
I had also faced the same problem,
I succeed in reseting my Windows Vista password using Windows password Seeker
1.Download Windows Password Recovery from Password Seeker Official site
2.Decompress the Windows password Recovery Tool and note that there is an .ISO image file. Burn the image file onto an blank CD with the burner freely supported by Password Seeker.
3.Insert the newly created CD into the locked computer and re-boot it from the CD drive.
4.After launched the CD, a window pop up with all your account names(if you have several accounts) select one of the accounts that you have forgotten its password to reset it. Just one press, you have Crack windows password.
You can try, Good luck!

Okay....don't waste your time screwing around with the CMOS battery or RTC battery - it has nothing to do with keeping the BIOS password stored. Just buy one of them parallel port password removal devices, or make your own if you have an old, parallel port cable around doing nothing. If you're making your own, the schematics is available on the internet. After that, you can sell it and pass it along to the next guy - so it really won't cost you anything!

Boot your PC using a Knoppix DVD. If you have access to another PC, download the Knoppix iso from Knoppix or other site that has it, burn to DVD, then try to boot with the DVD. You may have to go into the PC setup to set it to boot first from removable media. Boot order is important. Watch the boot screen for the prompt that tells the key to press to get into the setup. Once that boot from removable media, and the order, is set, then boot again with the Knoppix DVD in the DVD drive. Once in Knoppix, which usually has a very familiar-type graphical interface, you may find it simplest to use the built-in Samba server function, where you can set permissions of which other PCs IDs and passwords can access the PC via Samba. Samba server is accessed through one of options that you access from the bottom right. I also have used the opposite function of mapping another PC from the Knoppix. Using this, I was able to retrieve data files from a HDD which had a partition corrupted in such a way that no version of Windows would reinstall/upgrade. My backups were useless until I copied all my data off and repartitioned the HDD.. Of course, you have to have the Hard drive password, but you must have gotten past that since you got to the Windows signon.
Another option is to put the hard drive in an external hard drive USB-based enclosure and attach it via USB to another PC to read the data files. However, this may or may not work if the other PC is Windows based and the partition is corrupted as mine was. You could still boot the other PC with Knoppix DVD and see if it will read that external HDD, That depends on whether Knoppix has drivers to recognize that external HDD.
Testimonial: "Thanks so much for the advice, God Bless!!!"
