Unfortunately, there's almost nothing that you can do about it. You can
try restarting the system and then try migrating again, but what this
basically means that Tally 9 has a bug that is causing it to
irrevocably crash. You should call Tally solutions and tell them about
this. Until they fix the bug you'll have to use Tally 5.
Try and raise your protein intake, make sure that you're currently getting enough and high quality protein, through balanced diet or Muscle Building products or additional protein loaded food that are available for you easily. Protein can also be called muscle develop block. CONSEQUENTLY, to be able to lose weight and build muscle, attempt to eat 1 to 1.4 g of quality protein per kilo. You will lose muscle as well, although minus the proper protein absorption since of the lean body weight, increasing won't simply end.
