Hi,
If do not hear any beep then it means that the mother board is dead you can try clear the BIOS by removing the battery of the mother board for 5 mins or by shorting the jumper for clearing the BIOS if that didn't help then you have to repair the board or replace it.

I hava a asrock board k7s41 beeps three times cwhats wrong with it started by a change of mem

3 beeps means problem with the RAM. If u recently changed them, check whether they are clipped in their slots properly. If need be remove them, gently clean the contact points with a piece if clean paper & reinsert them in their slots carefully. I hope they are matching pairs with the same FSB..........sodeep

Computer will not startup

H there.
The beep codes you describe sound like memory issues or failure, take the system memory out, clean the contacts and the slots with a clean, soft, dry paintbrush. Re-seat the memory firmly and try boot the PC again.
Please post back with the results

Good luck and thanks for using Fixya!!

Three beeps repeating at startup, Foxconn P43A

Foxconn uses the Award bios. 3 bios beeps / repeating means there's a memory issue.
http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm
(Remove, clean & reseat).
Do not clean the DIMM's with an eraser. Use house hold alcohol.
Dripped onto a cotton swab & wipe the contacts off.
Clean the DIMM slot & reseat.
On the outside, if the 3 beeps repeat run a memory testing program. Click this link below, scroll down & under the three screen snapshots download you're flaviored software. One allows you to create a bootable floppy disk & one allows you ro create a bootable CD. Main site: http://www.memtest.org/

Download - Pre-Compiled package for Floppy (DOS - Win)
Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)

Main web site for Foxconn 755A01-6ELRS

Good luck Pbacatmac!

Update my Intel D845GVSR Bios Version to VA84510A.86A.0056.P20, then my USB driver is not working at all.

I followed the suggestion of changing the BIOS configuration to the recovery mode, however one thing was missing - it required a startup disk and I didn't have one. I then changed the BIOS configuration to the config (pins 2 & 3) mode, booted up and went to the BIOS/CMOS setup and a new menu tab appeared called "maintenance". I went to the advance tab and selected USB configuration and, instead of a blank screen, there appeared a selection for USB support and it showed disabled. I changed the setting to enabled and three more lines of information regarding USB came up, but required not further changes. I went to F10 and saved and exited and I now have me USB capability back.

I changed RAM settings in BIOS, now I can't boot - need to clean CMOS

well its quite simple.you have set the wrong latency for rams.
I suggest you put a latency around 3
reset the bios and check the latencyes..you know that you must have all the rams from the computer to the same data..like all the timings or latency.
good luck..
bye bye
