ASUS P5P800-VM motherboard - LED on; fan on; no monitor output

Everything looks ok on my ASUS P5P800-VM motherboard. Power supply is good, disk is spinning, green LED is on, but NOTHING HAPPENS. There is no audio feedback, nothing is displayed on the CRT. What can I try? I disconnected the disk drive, removed and MOVED the memory through all the slots - nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

All connections are to integrated circuitry. Nothing additional.

LED on board glows green. CPU fan spinning. Disk powered.

I've moved (and cleaned) the memory through each of the slots.

The memory is good - I put it into another system and checked it.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks!

MY MOTHERBOARD IS ASUS P5PE-VM. NO DISPLAY OR ANY REACTION TO MY MONITOR.

Hi,
Hard to know the problem without any details.

Is the power supply ok.
Is the monitor ok.
Is the keyboard ok
Do you see any leds on
Is there any sound of hard disk activity

Try to download a copy of the user manual from
http://dlsvr03.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socket775/P5PE-VM/e2609_p5pe-vm.pdf

and check the status of LED etc.

Asus P5P800-Vm

This problem is either your power supply, the mother board or the processor, try using a different power supply first and see what happens. Take the processor out of the socket and take it to your local pc store and ask if they will test the processor for you, if all are ok then it is *********** board is at fault and will need to be replaced.

Wont start

If you see the red LED then the Power supply is ok. Sounds like there is an issue with the Motherboard, Either a cable got disconnected, or a bad board.

After changing power supply, motherboard still doesn't start

Asus huh.. okay your problem is one of the following ^_^
1- either the CPU Fan is not attached well or loos, that will cause the CPU to melfunction
2- BIOS damaged, well if the mother beard doesn't start at all then this is your problem, Change the BIOS at any ASUS local agent
3- CPU damaged, if the computer fan starts working but the screen doesn't and you are suer the fan is tightly and correctly attached.. then this problem remains in CPU.. @_@ I really hope its not.

seem power supply fault, because some times, it looks that power going on, it is not giving proper voltage to motherboard. check other power supply.
