The radio probably needs a code to be entered. It sounds like someone tried to enter the wrong code too many times. See if you can get the right code, then leave the radio turned on for an hour or two. The secure message should disappear then to be replaced by code. You should then be able to enter the code.
If you all ready try cleaning the CD lens now the next step is disconnecting the negative wire from the car battery for about 10 min. but make sure that you have the radio code before disconnect the battery or make sure that your radio does not have a security code, if nothing happen after this try you must send the radio for repair usually they have to replace de CD lens. Good luck
hi there should be a reset button on the front of the unit it mite be as small as a pin they usually are.another option is to take the unit out and pull the power lead out the back this will reset the unit and eject the cd.make sure before hand you check you user manual for a code for the unit just in case you have to re enter the code hope this helps...
The units anti-theft program was activated when the battery was disconnected. If you don't know the 4 digit code, try to contact the previous owner or most higher end car audio dealer/installers will offer a service to reset the anti-theft code program, for a fee.
