- power off your sp5m
- press the two soft keys with your thumbs i.e. (the left most key & the right most key just below the screen)
- press the the power button again for a second and leave it
immediately. (donot unhold the soft keys)
- a black screen will appear to confim that you you really want to hard reset everything
- press 0
