Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop

CAIO CE-3410 Hi I have turned off the power to our till during a bar refurbishment, i now only get a key pad alarm no matter what button i press and cannot re-set the till. any ideas ?

It sounds like you have neglected to have the battery changed on time, and now you have probably lost everything from the machine. It will need to go to a programmer to have everything programmed back in as it will usually need system programming as well as all the user data replaced. Find a dealer in your area.

Doesn't matter what mode it's in it says programme and won't register any buttons pushed?

Turn key back to program mode. Press subtotal. It might print out a load of paper but after that, you should be able to turn key to REG mode. If not, you might have a keyboard problem

Press JF button while the key is on off . Now turn your key down to PGM while you are still pressing JF. then after releasing JF press sub/total

It means the previous transaction was not finalized. Turn your key back to R and press Cash/tend button

My Samsung ER-290 cash register has a continuous alarm when turn on I've pressed all the buttons but it won't stop sounding the only way it stops is when I turn the key to off

The alarm is probably complaining you have tried to perform an illegal instruction.

Turn key to Program enter 4 subtotal (may need to put in a clerk #)

Enter 236 press Cancel Button hit subtotal to exit.
