Problem for Whirlpool AWM5104/1 Front Load Washer

Wash cycle operates on low loads only

When we fully load machine the motor just turns half a circle and gives up, then tries again itn reverse and gives up. If we reduce the load works fine. Belt is fine cause the spin cylce is perfect and there is no slippage during the attempted wash cycles.Suspect the start capcitor but need confirmation.
