Hcl make monitor hcm780m have problem of displaying monitor basic hardware setting menu

I am a hardware maintenance engineer. I have HCL Monitors classified as HCM780M. Numbers are 25.
These monitors at their own display status menu of hardware setting such as brightness or contrast menu very often even when window screen is active.
When monitor power supply is switched off this undesirable menu stops displaying. Duration and frequency of display is random no regular pattern is seen any gentleman can help me by advising the remedy.

HCL LCD Monitor display problem


NO Bad Capacitors on the power board i have some problem in my HCL lcd monitor, my monitor display is on but at a time the display is gone. when i swicth off and on monitor power the monitor display is on ofter 2 sec the display is gone so that is the problem.

Monitor problem


Not a solution but I am having the same problem. Besides this time, it says on my screen, and half of my screen is outlined by a blue box and it a bit darker than the other half. My Monitor buttons do not work either ... (Besides the turn on/off)

HCL HCM780M CIRCUIT DIAGRAM


SIR..., regarding monitor...display block characteristics which is operated manually by buttons situated bottom of monitor is anytime coming at the centre of monitor display... The settings block comes on suddenly and we are unable to exit from the same sometimes the block goes off without any action and everything is fine till it is back again and it is come again and again.....by all this i did'nt work on my PC...all result it's useles......please sir giving your suggestion as soon as possible....... This has been happening for the last 1 year and is a real pain Please send some solution

Monitor problem


Sounds like an inverter problem. If the power supply is internal replace the capacitors coming out of the voltage regulators. These are usually 1000mf and/or 470mf. If that doesn't do the trick look up the numbers on the 8-pin chips that drive the secondary transformers on the inverter to see if they are getting the right voltages.

Monitor display problem


It seems that your menu switch is short. If you can open up the Monitor check out the connection of your switch and the related components, clean with Spirit or alchohol, check out the switches, if found faultty replace it. That should solve the problem. Good luck.
