Thats bad. Looks like you drive is over populated with bad sectors. I had a similar problem with my drive sometime ago and formatting it has fixed the issue. Lets just hope that it has not developed physical bad sectors(internally damaged in some way)

I have a Maxtor 9NX2DT-500 hard drive for my PC can I copy my File on a Mac Air computer ( is it compatible ?)

Depends on what you want to do with the files. Data is usually interchangeable between Mac and PC file formats. FAT-32 format files are limited to 4gb in size. You cannot boot a Mac from one of these files or from a drive formatted to FAT-32. To be bootable, an Intel Mac system drive must be formatted as a GUID partition map. Most of the new hard drives come with software that enables Macs to read and write to them without reformatting, thus they are completely interchangeable for data.

Cannot open file. Access Denied.

Well unfortunately, it looks as though the area of "Damaged Files" was in the place that your pictures were stored, unfortunately, the software has detected a problem, in that exact area, and have "Locked Out" that area from EVER being used, once marked as "Bad" I am sorry, that's it. Now you may try to open some of the files, in the recovered files directory, but usually, that too is no good. Also sounds like your drive is not healthy either, i advise you back up as soon as possible, and keep any eye on that drive.
