DID U PLUG THE UNIT IN BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE?THIS COULD CAUSE A PROBLEM.TRY UNINSTALLING THE SOFTWARE & STARTING FROM SCRATCH.ALSO CHEK THE C.D.,U.S.B. CORD COULD ALSO BE A PROBLEM.U SHOULD HEAR A TONE WHEN U PLUG OR UNPLUG THE UNIT.GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
