If you are trying to install the Windows Update 937287, you will get this (configuring updates stage 3 of 3. 0% complete) message. If you are getting the message even after restarting the Computer, you may need to repair the Windows (using the installation Disc) or restore the Computer to an earlier date.

First you can try restarting the Computer in the Safe Mode and do the System Restore. To access the Safe Mode, please press and hold the F8 Key whlie restarting the Computer. Then, please click "Start", "All Programs", "Accessories", "System Tools" and "System Restore". Then, please select a restore point (Date) when the Computer was working correctly. This should restore the Computer to the selected date and fix the issue.

The, alternative option is to use the Windows Installation Disc and perform the "Repair" option.

The issue will be fixed after you perform any of the above steps. To avoid the issue in future (whlie doing the Windows Update), please download and install the Windows Update 937287 from Microsoft Download Center separately.

The is part of the printer software browse to this folder and follow the instructions:

C:\Users\"YOUR ACCOUNT NAME"\AppData\Local\Temp\, and look for a new 7zS folder, and go to 7zSxxxx\setup\HPPhotoSmartEssential\

Right click on the .msi file and update. this should update the file and stop it returning, post back any findings.

printer you have to frequently , if the spooler problem u are getting you have put the printer on service center for once clean entire printer properly
