Power drain (by 3 users)

My camera is draining its batteries very quickly. I have tried new batteries and rechargeable batteries but within a few minutes they are totally dead. I can view photos for a while, but when I come to take a picture or zoom the power goes off straight away and the batteries are dead. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. I thought my old rechargeable Ni-Mh batteries had worn out. The camera does the same thing with new ones. I can only get a few shots in and the batteries are drained.

My problem is the same. Even freshly recharged batteries die after only a few shots.
Suggest a new solution for this problem
