I went out of town and came back to realize that my PC isnt Powering up. I immediately replace the Power supply to discover that wasn't the problem, Next I replaced that motherboard with the exact same (ASUS A7nX8E Deluxe and that wasnt the problem, next I replaced the processor and its still not Powering On. Could the case be defective? Im lost I have 1gig ram, Athon XP processcor.

When your pc starts to boot up do you get two beeps one then another, although not two together, if not and only one beep occurs
this could mean a memory problem, two beeps together normally a cmos bios problem.(Only part you've not changed was your ram)

Do you get as far as the bios screen?, if so look for a line in advanced cmos settings, saying 'halt on all errors' dissable this and sometimes on boot up the problem will show itself in the initial dos screen.

Keep diggin.

- Very odd! 2 power supplies 2, 2 processors, 2 motherboards, how unlucky can you get, not solving it.

I can assume your getting power to the board because of the light you mention, so either the switch on pc is faulty or the motherboard is shorting out on the chassis, and maybe worth trying to plug into a different socket as it may be faulty and killed of the psu.

You can check the psu by unplugging from the board and put a paper clip from the green wire to a black wire on the 20 pin connector then turn on psu.
