SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Remote code

Your description of using an RCA universal remote does not make any sense. Usually, with your DVD on, you press CODE SEARCH and hold it depressed until the LED lights then press DVD and release. The DVD indicator blinks once and remains lit. You then press the OFF-ON (or POWER) button until your DVD turns off. You then press ENTER and the DVD indicator turns off.
There is no reverse button on either an RCA universal remote or a DVD player so I don't where you are getting that information

I have requirement of region code cracker for sony 3d E370

hi,
To make your BD player you need One for all universal remote control

Full procedure for a oneforall remote is as follows:

1. Press DVD
2. Hold the magic button until the DVD button flashes twice.
3. Press 0533

4. Hold the magic button until it flashes twice.
5. Press 994
6. Press Magic Key (don't hold)
7. Press 00189 (if your oneforall remote uses 4 digit or 3 digit codes, use less leading zeros)
8. Press 1 ( this sets it to key 1 - it flashes twice )

9. Hold the magic button until it flashes twice.
10. Press 994
11. Press Magic Key (don't hold)
12. Press 00255
13. Press 2 ( this sets it to key 2 - it flashes twice )

14. Hold the magic button until it flashes twice.
15. Press 994
16. Press Magic Key (don't hold)
17. Press 00095
18. Press 3 ( this sets it to key 3 - it flashes twice )

19. Hold the magic button until it flashes twice.
20. Press 994
21. Press Magic Key (don't hold)
22. Press 00221
23. Press 4 ( this sets it to key 4 - it flashes twice )

24. Hold the magic button until it flashes twice.
25. Press 994
26. Press Magic Key (don't hold)
27. Press 00079
28. Press 5 ( this sets it to key 5 - it flashes twice )

The remote is now programmed and ready to use, to make the BDV-E370 region free:

1. Use the remote that came with the player to bring the player out of standby, make sure there isn't a disc in it.
2. Press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on the oneforall remote. The 24p light will start flashing. (Centre light)
3. Put the player back into standby with the Sony remote.
4. Hard reboot machine (remove power)to prevent the 24p light flashing indefinitely.
5. Next time you turn on the player it will be region free for DVD playback.
ok

I just unlock mine PD7012/37 today, I think you can use de same sequence:
1- Power on without dvd;
2- In SKIP button, right side of SETUP, press "RIGHT", "LEFT", "RIGHT", "LEFT", "RIGHT", "RIGHT", "LET";
3- Will appear a menu, go to REGION using "UP" navigate button, and press OK, select "TEST 0" using navigate button and press OK.
4- Press STOP;
5- Enjoy.

Does anyone know who to make region 2 Samsung BD-P1500 player multi region ie play both region A blue ray and region 1 dvd?

Below is a known process to unlock your region settings. Not 100% surefire.

1) Turn on the player with no disc in the tray
Wait till the unit is at the Samsung logo screen.

2) Open then close the tray, wait to see the No-Disc Message in the top Left Corner

3) Now press the REPEAT button on the remote, followed by a five digit code.
In this case Repeat 76884

Now it to me about 20 tries to get this to work, It needed to be done without delay.
So if you don’t get it to work straight away don’t loose heart.

4) When it works a 4 will appear in the top left corner

5) Press 9 to make it regionless.
6) Press Eject to OPEN to open the disc tray.
7) Press Eject to CLOSE to close the disc tray.

8) Power the unit off

9) Now power the unit on again, it should now read all regions of DVD Disc.

From other threads I got the follow list of region codes.

R1 - 29334
R2 - 57538
R3 - 56732
R4 - 76884
R5 - 53814
R6 - 24462

Post back and let me know if this works. Thank you for trying Fixya!

No video on our tv

I found in the manual on page 13 bottom, that if you PRESS STOP buttom for 5 seconds of your remote controller then you can see the picture on the interlaced mode again on your TV.

Otherwise you have to connect you DVD to a unit that has progresiv scan, such as an HDTV, some computers if they have an input or to a projector .

I connected my DVD to a projector thru the VIDEO output and put eveything back to normal, and it is working fine now.

System Reset

Open CD disk tray. Press stop key and hold for 15 seconds, screen will appear.

I hook my computer up to the d 1000 and it would not bring up anything. is there some kind of software i need

Hi,

To my knowledge, the RadioShack Cinego D-1000 DLP Projector has a 480p engine giving 854 x 480 maximum resolution. That being so, perhaps you need to lower down your PC's Screen Resolution (and in some instances, likewise the Screen Refresh Rate) in your PC's display properties.

If your PC is a desktop, you may have to activate TV, Twin or Dual view depending how it is connected; RCA, S-Video, or 15 pin HD D-Sub.

If you are using it with a laptop, you may need to enable/activate the external video by pressing Fn + F? keys. The F? differ from brand/model and would normally have a small monitor icon stenciled atop the key.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.
