When I attempt to download from my camera to my PC, I am not able to utilize the arcsoft photo impression software I have on my computer as it does not recognize my camera. It has a selection called camera/scanner and when I go to that selection, it goes to my scanner, but does not give me the option of going to camera. I tried to download an updated version of arcsoft photo impression, version 6.5, but it would not open on my computer.
You might need to go to the manufacturers web site and download the drivers for your camera. or if your camera came with a CD isert that into the computer and install it before connecting your camera again. if that doesnt work you will need to buy a fifteen in one card reader for your memory card. that will plug right into the comuter and you will take the memory card out of your camera and put it in the card reader. then you should be prompted that something has been inserted into you computer.

You most likely have a picture management program like Arcsoft Photo Impression that automatically transfers pictures but not video to somewhere on your computer. The camera will probably show up as a Removable Disk in the My Computer window. The easiest way to transfer photos and videos is to click and drag by clicking on the picture or video clip and dragging it to where you want to go by holding down the left mouse button
I have the software. It is called Concord EyeQ Duo 2000 PC Installation Disk for Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP. It includes ArcSoft Suite which is Photo Impression 2000 and Video Impression 1.6 and the User's Guide and the Camera Drivers.
I might be able to just copy it if copyright's allow it. Email me @ my profile email or at angie73 *at* myway.com
