Heater thermostat temp. does not match wall thermostat temp.

    I have the same problem with my new Comfore Zone heater

    When turning on the comfort zone heater the A05 flashes nod can't set the temperature and the unit kicks off. When the power button is pushed it flashes again and kicks off.

The heater has to calabrated, this is done with a special remote control, that the people have you bought it from. It is a simple fix

Comfort zone infrared heater runs for a few minutes a then completely shuts off

if unit runs ok for 3 to five minutes then completely shuts all power lamps off , then its hi temp limit sensor (safety) has been tripped , this usually goes out due to failure of main temp control , in point of fact contacts in temp switch literally weld them self's together and cant separate to allow heater to control temp

It has a thermostat that should shut it down, locate and clean if you can, try again , if it still is doing that have the temp sensor replaced

I have a Comfort Zone cz20110 and I need help. The heater will turn on and blow out heat, but the display screen is blank. It was not blank when we first plugged it in however and I know there's a way...

i have a digital quartz infrared heater comfort zone cz20110. does the fan keep running all the time and when it reaches the temp to your room why doesn't it it shut off.

My comfort zone infrared hearter has a display message of A05 and will not run, what does that mean? How can I fix it?

Hi. I have the Comfort zone 1500 (cz 1500) and just ran into this AO5 problem. Turns out the thermostat was set lower than the actual room temperature. I just turned up the heater temp and it kicked right on. Hope this helps!

How do you change from celcius to farieheit on comfort zone heater

To change your heater display from Celsius to Fahrenheit: press and hold the "down" button and the "enter" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds and release.
