My printer has recently started

My printer has recently started printing with lines in the text, ie. it looks as if the ink cartridge is running low. However, this only happens with black writing and only office documents, it's fine when printing a page of black writing on the internet. Have tried changing the ink cartridges and cleaning the nozzles - any advice greatly appreciated!
