My e-mail stopped working in Yahoo, and don't know the problem is. Wrote regarding this yesterday, and even they say someone will get back to you within 24 hours, they don't. Want this problem resolved today!

Try changing to a lower screen resolution size first. For some people, this works and forces Yahoo to ask you if you want to revert back to Mail Classic. This fix does not work for everyone though, but do try it.
If this doesn't work, go to the help pages and contact Yahoo through there. I've previously sent people instructions on how to contact Yahoo to restore Mail Classic, but I've found out recently that Yahoo is extremely slow in responding through that avenue, sometimes they don't even respond.
Yahoo requires written authorization to restore your Mail Classic, so when you do contact them, you need to tell them that you do want it restored.
They also want feedback, they want to know why you're wanting to change back so they can better improve the new version.
The new version is full of bugs, I've responded to hundreds of people wanting to change back.

On your email inbox in the top right hand corner, right underneath the search bar on the top there is an Options button with an arrow. Click on it and you will get a box, go down to the option Mail Classic... and click on it. Press Switch to Yahoo! Classic when the box pops up.
yes if you configure your account again then you can receive all emails again. For that you have to configure new account for your email account and delete old email account but noter down all settings of email account before delete. Then create new email account and set all settings make sure check box is enable for "leave copy of email on server". Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks..
