Insert the memory card into a USB card reader and connect it into the USB port of your computer and also connect your memory stick into another USB port on your computer. You computer will detect both memory devices and you can click on them to open and view the files, then copy the photos on the memory card and paste them on the memory stick. If you have only one USB port then copy the photos from the memory card into your computer then connect the memory stick to your computer and copy the photos from the computer to the memory stick.
Right click "My Computer" and click "manage", then on the right side click "device manager" then look to see if any devices are flagged. You may have to install the driver for the card reader which can be found on toshiba's website. Toshiba.com go to support then tech support and select your model.
Try restarting computer and as you see anything on the screen, start tapping F8 key. This will take you to Safe Mode and will not load many drivers including the Sprint card. I'd go to Control Panel >Programs/Features(or Add or Remove programs if you're running XP) and uninstall the Sprint app. Restart the computer and it should come up normally. Then call Sprint Tech Support for help.
What model do you have. Perhaps whomever you purchased it from left the modem card out of it not knowing you would need it. There are 56k modem cards avail. that stick out of the PCMCIA slot. It is always an option. You can get them for like $5 on ebay.
If I were you, I would let your windows manage your wireless network on the computer with vista. Also you might, If you haven't already tried using your install new programs in the control panel, As long as you have the sprint software downloaded in your laptop windows should still recognize the wireless connection, Try letting windows manage it from the Network properties and there should be an option there that lets windows manage you network. try it see if that helps you out. If not write back here and let me know we can try another route. Sorry you having problems.
