Hi, Click here to download the driver software for your printer, make sure you choose the correct Operating System like XP, Vista or Windows7 for your laptop. After downloading the drivers for your printer also make sure that your printer is plugin to your laptop before installing the driver you have downloaded. Hope this Helps

Hi, you can still connect your laptop to the printer irrespective of that, connect your laptop to the internet, download the installation software of your printer to the desktop of laptop, i mean the version of the printer you want to connect to your laptop and install it on your laptop after downloading.

You can download drivers and software from brother website.

Download driver first.

Unplug printer usb before installing driver software, and start installation with printer usb cable unplugged.
